Sabu Joseph
Managing Director – High Impact Consulting
Sabu Joseph brings over 25 years of global expertise in Safety Leadership Development, Safety System Enhancement, Breakthrough Coaching, and Change Management. His experience spans diverse sectors, including energy, power, major capital projects, shipping, high-tech construction, and manufacturing.
During his 19-year tenure with a leading international consulting organization, Sabu successfully led numerous national and international engagements, delivering high-impact onsite coaching and development programmes for multicultural teams. He held an executive leadership role before transitioning in 2025 to his consulting outfit High Impact Consulting.
His client portfolio features some of the world’s most respected organizations, including Exxon, Chevron, Shell, BP, Qatargas, QAFCO, QAPCO, GASCO, Qatar Energy, RasGas, JBOG, Laffan Refinery, BAPCO, JGC, Maersk Oil, Fluor, Adani Connex, Adani Enterprises, Ericsson, HMEL, McDermott, and many others across the Middle East, Europe, and India.
Sabu’s core strength lies in building inclusive, high-performance cultures and driving safety leadership and system enhancement initiatives across all organizational levels. He has a proven track record of facilitating transformative workshops on safety leadership, high-performance culture, operational excellence, and leadership development. With extensive experience in executive coaching, Sabu is also a sought-after public speaker on leadership and management in India and internationally. He also served as a Visiting Professor at select top-ranked business management institutions in India, where he taught Organizational Psychology and Leadership Development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology, is a recipient of the Commonwealth Secretariat Scholarship in Environmental Education (London), and has undergone professional training in Behaviour-Based Safety, Lean Management, Change Management, the Integral Approach, and Performance Coaching.
